Arlin Nusbaum, MS

You can tell how smart a man is by how well he scrutinized his own house before embarking on a life of pontification. -A.N.

Arlin Nusbaum is a descendant of Prince Henry St. Clair of Roslin, Midlothian, Scotland, and cousin to President Major General Arthur St. Clair, 9th President of the United States (in Congress Assembled), and a dual descendant of the Marian protomartyr, the Rev. John Rogers. (Ancestry).

He is on a mission to seperate The Holy Book of Mormon from the prophetish Mormon Church just as his ancestor John Rogers sought to separate the Holy Bible from the popish Roman Church.

Arlin was raised in the LDS church in a family of twelve and was a seventh generation Mormon before resigning over child baptism and polygamy. At college he experienced the power which the Book of Mormon had to convict its readers and bring them to Christ. During his mission he saw others experience the same.

Only later did he and his wife discover that the church which they loved, cherished, and had served, was not compatible with the teachings in the Bible or the Book of Mormon, particularly the practice of polygamy for 'exhaltation'  and the baptism of children for 'sins'.

The differences between the Book of Mormon and the Mormon Church took years to research; the results are the websites on the right. Arlin founded Reformed Mormonism to honor those believers in the Holy Book of Mormon who left Mormonism, and the John Rogers Society to honor John Rogers and to encourage reform on all levels of society.
